Privacy notice

JobzCode processes the job post and resume text you submit to create an application package. Do not include information you do not want processed.

For signed-in users, we retain submitted job and resume text together with the resulting tailored versions, fit report, cover letter, interview brief, and workflow record so you can reopen your private packages. Account information is used to authenticate you.

You can permanently delete your account from Account controls. The public account deletion page remains available in a browser if you are not using the app. Deleting an account also deletes its saved application packages and tailored versions. Generated text should be treated as a draft and reviewed before use.

When a model provider is configured, submitted text may be sent to that provider solely to generate the requested draft. The workbench identifies whether a model-assisted or structured workflow ran.
